If you’re stressing about what to make on Turkey Day, let Stir Cooking School be your guide. This Saturday, learn how to make mashed sweet potato casserole, green beans with pancetta, pumpkin pie with bourbon butter sauce, and the star of the show – herb roasted turkey with pan gravy.
The cooking school is also hosting a purely sides workshop on Nov. 21. The menu includes homemade rolls, green bean casserole, roasted carrots with honey glaze, Brussels sprout slaw with dried cranberries, and Gruyère Yukon Gold potato gratin.
Both three-hour classes are $75 and open to all experience levels.
